This is a Myopia Risk Assessment, to help parents with children aged 6 years old and above. The goal is to identify signs if your child is at the risk of developing Myopia or High Myopia and gain a better understanding if further evaluation is required.
How to get started?
Fill up the questionnaire below so that we can understand more about you and your child's vision history. We will contact you to make an appointment for a Complementary Tele-consult. Kindly note that this service is only for patients based in Singapore.
